  • July 29, 2003 - first Phase II Wireless 9-1-1 call received at Lacy Lakeview PSAP from a T-Mobile cell phone. (Phase II provides  the Latitude/Longitude coordinates of the caller's physical location so it can be mapped).
  • Jan 7, 2004 - first Phase II Wireless 9-1-1 call mapped accurately to within 10 meters of caller location received at Waco PSAP from a Nextel Partners cell phone.
  • Apr 1, 2008 - first 9-1-1 call taken from remote PSAP when Robinson Police Department went live running off CPE installed at Waco PD PSAP.
